  • 1 cup Fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 Medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 inch Piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice (optional)
  • 1 cup Water or Coconut water
  • 4-5 Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Blend the pineapple, cucumber, ginger and lemon juice (optional), water, and ice cubes in a blender until smooth
