This anti inflammatory juice is super refreshing! Pineapple, cucumber and ginger juice benefits are multiple. Ginger is known for its medicinal properties, including its ability to reduce inflammation and improve digestion. Pineapple contains the enzyme bromelain, which has been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects in the body. Finally, cucumbers are a good source of antioxidants.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 Medium cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1 inch Piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice (optional)
  • 1 cup Water or Coconut water
  • 4-5 Ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Blend the pineapple, cucumber, ginger and lemon juice (optional), water, and ice cubes in a blender until smooth
    1 cup Fresh pineapple, diced, 1 inch Piece of fresh ginger, peeled and grated, 1 tsp Lemon Juice (optional), 1 cup Water or Coconut water, 4-5 Ice cubes
  • Taste and adjust tartness as required, adding more lemon juice or pineapple
  • Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately!
